The Professional Yachting Association (PYA) has been aware of a number of issues relating to non-Schengen resident crew requesting to be ‘stamped out' of the Schengen area and onto the Crew Lists of vessels lying in Schengen area ports.

Last week it hosted a webinar providing more information about the immigration regulations and the options available for non-EU crew wishing to take up work on vessels lying in Schengen ports for an extended period of time.  If you missed the webinar the recording is now available on demand.
