Shell has confirmed that it has resumed cargo offtakes and set a restart date for production at Prelude FLNG after the facility had reached its maximum capacity under an offshore workers strike. The dispute, which has lasted two years and included 76 days of industrial action, cost an estimated $1.5bm in lost production.
