Congressman Alan Lowenthal has announced that Maersk has supported proposals aimed at zeroing out pollution from all ocean shipping companies that do business with the US. In a letter of support AP Moller-Maersk CEO, Soren Skou urged leading nations such as the US and regions such as the EU to give clear signals to accelerate progress.
