IMO net-zero framework drafted

The IMO has moved forward in reducing shipping’s carbon emissions after agreeing a possible draft outline of an ‘IMO net-zero framework’ at the 81st Maritime Environmental Protection Committee meeting in London. A long list of tasks was also agreed before the next session where the hope is to finalise the details.
